A vacancy exists in our multidiscipline organization (Malelane Toyota (Pty) Ltd), We are seeking for a vibrant sales person from the Automotive industry to support our sales management team and their prospective growth plans.

QUALIFICATIONS:

o Matric

o Competency in Computer Literacy (Office, Excel, Word etc.)

The prosperous candidate will be responsible for the following (please Note: this list of responsibilities is not exhausted):

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

o To maintain a list of new/existing customers and occasionally communicate with them to discuss business opportunities

o Endeavour to secure contracts/agreements for the supply of vehicle units to businesses, government agencies, and private establishments

o Identify current product pricings, competing products and new techniques of merchandising

o Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency and increase generated revenue

o Interact with customers to identify their requirements and assist them in selecting a car that meets their specifications

o Support the sales manager and F&I team to ensure you are in line with set standards

o supervise the processing of client orders to ensure timely delivery of purchased units

o contact with sales manager when needed to conduct negotiations with clients to reach a profitable bargain

o Meet set sales objectives and comply to established action plans for achieving these set targets

o Assist management with the merchandising and display of cars in the sales outlet

o Collect, and hand sales account/records to F&I to analyze, and interpret sales to ensure balanced accounts

o Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person.

o Arranging test-drives and accompanying customers on these tests.

o Negotiating the final price for the sale.

o Selling accessories or other services once a vehicle has been chosen.

o Complete all the paperwork for each sale and hand to F&I before OTP.

o Helping to increase the customer database and prospecting potential sales.

o Liaising with the service team to ensure sold cars are prepped to a high standard and are ready for delivery within the agreed timescale.

o Assist requests of customers who wish to part-exchange their current car for a new one

o Conduct the inspection of automobiles to ensure they are in good condition

o Discuss any and all conditions for discount with sales management to ascertain any percent discount(s) allowed to be given to customers on outright purchase

o Maintain contact with clients to provide post-sales services, obtain customer feedback and resolve any arising customer issue
