Requirements:UBUHLE PEOPLE SOLUTIONS is seeking Freelance Facilitator/Assessor's in Cape Town with the following qualificationNational Certificate: Supply Chain - Distribution NQF Level 5 - 74149 ( TETA Qualification) The appointed freelance Facilitator/Assessor's will be responsible for facilitation and assessment of courses for corporate clients. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of professional classroom facilitation; practice in a training capacity • Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and listening expertise • Excellent verbal and written communication expertise, attentive to details • Highly proficient in time management, organization, planning and prioritization • Proven initiative, positive attitude, team oriented, self-motivated and highly enthusiastic • capability to manage changing priorities, meet deadlines and adapt to a changing business environment • Strong interpersonal expertise and capability to establish rapport • Committed to excellence, has strong work ethics and takes pride in their work • Professional dress sense • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Facilitator/Assessor Accreditation and significant qualifications in subject matter: Services Seta Scope • MUST HAVE own vehicle and driver's license. Employee will be required to travel in her / his own vehicle to client sites and training venues within CAPE TOWN .
