We are seeking for an Admin manager to be responsible for all administrative functions in a store in conformity with the company's standards and procedure.

Key Performance Areas:

Manage, control and administer all timeously in the store related to everyday banking, price changes, staff scheduling and employment contracts, stock counts, stationery and all other general administration

everyday cash ups and balancing by receiving incoming cash, checking it against sales slips and other documents

Ensure accurate and timeous everyday banking and reconciliations

everyday scanning and emailing to head office all documentation relating to the receipt and dispatch of stock

everyday reporting of all receipt and despatch documentation to the Store Manager for authorisation

Adherences to everyday housekeeping in office area

Manage and control all weekly stock counts in conformity with count schedule

Planning and preparing work schedules for Store Managers authorisation

everyday updating price changes electronically and manually

Ordering, monitoring and controlling Stationery used in the store

Requirements: 

Minimum Qualifications:

- Matric certificate

- Minimum of 1 (one) year administration practice within a retail environment

- Computer literacy

- Numeracy expertise

- Administration expertise

- Planning and organisational expertise

- Time management
